How to place an order

  • STEP 1

    Request a free sample

    Contact us at info@pistonesi.com, at the number 0734/605229 or using the appropriate form, telling us the following information:
    1. type of footwear for which the buttress or toe is required (work footwear, classic footwear, luxury footwear, etc.). You can do it in 3 ways:
      • if you already have the sample model in dxf format, you can send it to us via email
      • you can indicate the height and length of the buttress or tip already in your possession
      • you can send us the upper and the shape of the shoe by courier, which will then be returned to you along with the sample (to create a sample as precise as possible, we recommend this solution)
    2. type of buttress or tip (flat or shaped)
    3. material in which the product must be made (fabric, leather, salpa, thunit) and its thickness
    4. amount of goods needed
    We will use this information to create your FREE sample and to provide you with a personalized quote quickly.

  • STEP 2

    View the product and confirm the quote

    Check that the sample responds correctly to your needs and confirm the quote received.

  • STEP 3

    Place your order

    To confirm your order, please provide us with your billing details and the address to which you would like to receive the goods. We will send you an email confirmation with the delivery time, the cost of transport and instructions for making the payment.

  • STEP 4

    Your product is being processed

    Once we have received your order confirmation, we will process your product immediately.

  • STEP 5

    Receive the ordered counters and tips

    You will receive in a few days the goods ordered. Please note that delivery times depend on two factors:
    • the quantity of the order
    • the delivery address
    In the national territory (excluding the islands) we are able to deliver the goods in 4-5 working days. For the islands, however, you must always consider one more day.

Frequently asked questions

If you come from the A14 motorway, the easiest and fastest way to reach the company is to exit at Porto Sant’Elpidio.
Then take Provincial Road 11 (Strada provinciale Paludi), continue on Via del Commercio and then continue on Strada Provinciale Lungo Tenna.
After about 7km turn left slightly, take the SP239 Fermana-Falerienze and continue to Via Carlo Cattaneo.

An alternative route is to exit at the tollbooth of Porto San Giorgio/Fermo. In this case, however, you must cross the entire historic center of Fermo and then the travel time may increase.

Delivery times depend on two factors:

  • the quantities of the order
  • the geographical location of the customer

In general, in the national territory, excluding the islands, we are able to deliver large quantities of goods in 4-5 working days, using National Couriers.
For the islands it is necessary to always consider one day more than those provided for the rest of the territory.

For samples only, however, the delivery time is 2 days.

Just contact us using the appropriate form where you will need to enter some technical information that will be used by the design and production department for the realization of the sample.

Then one of our experts will come directly to the company, collect the shape and the upper and return it the same afternoon, providing a detailed estimate of the costs of realization.

The suppliers we choose undertake to supply us with raw materials with a REACH certificate of conformity. All materials therefore comply with the requirements set out in the European Regulation on the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemicals within the European Union.

We can count on a relationship of mutual cooperation with all our suppliers of raw materials.

This allows us to respond with precision and punctuality to any doubt about the materials to be used, their characteristics or their origin.
